I lead delivery of the central agentic AI platform at a Washington-based major international financial institution. It brings all of the institution's AI initiatives under one entry point, with RAG pipelines, role-based access to agents and row-level security that takes all of its security classifications into account. I run the UI/UX, orchestration and retrieval team and coordinate the ingestion and specialised-workflow teams. My team delivered its MVP scope a month ahead of a five-month plan.

Before that, I led the 33-person overhaul of the same institution's document lifecycle system, which included an AI chatbot for summarisation, analysis and content generation. At a London-based major international financial institution, I took over an at-risk engineering programme and stabilised it within 90 days. At UniCredit, I led a €20M programme portfolio with a team of 40–60 at peak. That included an internet banking rollout across 7 countries to 4M+ users, with zero critical defects after go-live.

Earlier, I delivered e-commerce platforms for luxury watch brands and worked in games production. I hold the Claude Certified Architect – Foundations credential and an MBA Essentials certificate from the London School of Economics.
